Imported is an Employee Resource Group (ERG) that is part of BBDO Chicago's DE&I program. It is a safe space and supportive community for expats, visa holders, immigrant employees, and their allies, guiding them through their US journeys and transitions to Chicago. The system uses emojis, a universal language that allows the group to tell visual stories around nationality, immigration, and community.
